• In-stock items are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days.
• Shipped via major courier companies with a tracking code.

Dispatched in 2 - 3 Weeks (Large & Heavy Items)

• For large items (e.g., sofas, armchairs, large storage, large dining tables, etc.), dispatch takes 2 - 3 weeks.
  • Process for Large & Heavy Items:
  • After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation with the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page.
  • Within 5 business days, you'll receive an email with the expected delivery timeframe.
  • Within 2 weeks, we’ll notify you that a special carrier will contact you within 5 business days to arrange the delivery date.

Dispatched on a Future Date

• Some items have a scheduled future dispatch date.
• For items with a longer dispatch time, we will provide regular email updates with the estimated shipping date.

Can I pay after delivery?

Yes, we offer payment after delivery. Consumers can use Klarna, while B2B customers can pay with Mondu. Simply enter your details at checkout and select the appropriate payment method to complete your purchase.”

For orders within the EU, prices include VAT, and no additional import duties apply. If ordering from outside the EU, local customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country's regulations.
