• For large items (e.g., sofas, armchairs, large storage, large dining tables, etc.), dispatch takes 2 - 3 weeks.

Returns and refunds

What is Klarna Pay Later?

Klarna Pay Later allows you to receive your order immediately and pay within 30 days, with no interest or fees when paid on time.

Who can use Klarna Pay Later?

It is available to customers aged 18+ with a valid billing address. Klarna performs a quick suitability check during checkout.

Does Klarna affect my credit score?

Klarna may run a soft credit check, which typically does not affect your credit score. Missed payments may be reported and could impact your rating.

When do I need to pay?

You will receive an invoice from Klarna once your order is dispatched. Payment is due within 30 days.

What happens if I return an item?

Once your return is processed, Klarna will automatically update or cancel the invoice, so you are not charged for returned items.

 

Mondu – B2B invoice payment

What is Mondu B2B invoice payment?

Mondu allows verified business customers to order now and pay later by invoice, typically within 30 days, subject to approval.

Who can use Mondu?

Mondu is available to registered businesses only (B2B). Company details and a VAT number may be required at checkout.

How does Mondu approve my order?

Mondu performs a fast automated credit assessment during checkout. If approved, you can complete your order and receive an invoice.

When is payment due?

Payment is made directly to Mondu. The invoice will show the exact due date, usually 30 days after dispatch.

What happens if my order is returned or cancelled?

Once we confirm the return or cancellation, Mondu will adjust or cancel the invoice. You will not be charged for returned items.

 

How fast do you ship?

We offer different dispatch options based on the size of the items:

Yes, we offer payment after delivery. Consumers can use Klarna, while B2B customers can pay with Mondu. Simply enter your details at checkout and select the appropriate payment method to complete your purchase.”

What if I don’t like the product?

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it. Exchanges are free, and refunds are processed promptly after we receive the return.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Do you offer intra-community delivery?

Yes, we provide intra-community delivery for business customers with a valid VAT number outside of the Netherlands and Germany. Please enter your VAT details at checkout or contact us for assistance.

For orders within the EU, prices include VAT, and no additional import duties apply. If ordering from outside the EU, local customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country's regulations.
